CHANEL GRAND SHOPPING TOTE (GST) DISCONTINUED IN US

I am so bummed out to know that Chanel GST is being discontinued in the US. I went to a Chanel Boutique (Ala Moana Center, Honolulu) yesterday to check if they have the GST and the SA told me that it is being discontinued. I really want to get the GST as my first Chanel bag but so sad they don't have it anymore (in US). She did show me the new totes that they have right now but I don't like them as much as I like the GST. :-(

I asked my sister who is in Dubai to check if they have it there and yes they have it. It is almost the same price in the US after tax but of course she has to ship it here for $200 or more. I am not really sure if it is a good idea to have it shipped halfway round the world. It might take some time and we are moving to another state soon. Not a good timing!
I do have other options in mind: Prada Saffiano Double Zip tote and Yves Saint Laurent Classic Monogram Shopping bag. The YSL one is the closest to the Chanel GST.  Love these bags! Classic looking pieces and cost a few bucks less than the Chanel GST.

HAUL TIME

I was kind of MIA on YouTube and haven't posted any blog either. I apologize for that. Been so busy lately 'cause my husband and I are moving back to the US.

Last December, I went to Philippines to visit my family for more than 2 weeks (almost 3 weeks) and when I got home, I got busy preparing for our move. So, I didn't have that much time to film a video. When I filmed this haul, I was not even done yet with packing but glad I was able to wing it. 

We are staying in a hotel right now and we have 3 more days left here in the Kingdom of Bahrain. I'm going to miss this place and my friends too. We've been here since 2011. (3 years and 6 months)

Hope you are still supporting my channel, watch my videos and like them. I do appreciate all of you. I am planning to do another giveaway soon so make sure to watch out for that. It's going to be my first giveaway for 2015. I'm excited!

BOYFRIEND SKINNY JEANS

I just uploaded a lookbook called Styling Boyfriend Skinny Jeans on my youtube channel. In my last blog post I showed you the Levi's selvedge boyfriend skinny jeans that I got. I love them and they fit perfectly on me. I paired them with clothes that I already have in my closet. I love to mix and match whatever I have in my closet. 
I am so glad to finally found the perfect boyfriend jeans that fit me unbelievably well. Some boyfriend jeans are just not flattering, some looks like mom jeans "ugly mom jeans" and doesn't look good at all. Though boyfriend jeans are meant to look a bit baggy, they should not be so baggy that your figure is lost in them. They shouldn't be actually made to fit your boyfriend's body or man's body. The right pair should fit you around the waist and hips, whether it's low-cut, mid-cut or high-cut.

After figuring out on how I would style them, I would say that I love wearing them with heels. But I would definitely wear them with flip flops. hahah! The good thing is you can dress them up and down. I'm sure I'll be wearing these with a basic tee and a flat sandals or a flip flops like I said.

I love Victoria's Secret's cute and colorful undies. When it comes to bras, I like to keep them simple and in neutral colors so I can match them with any of my vibrant colored panties. I got 13 pairs of panties and 2 bras from Victoria's Secret Pink.

My all time favorite brand when it comes to jeans would be Levi's. When I was in college, I would always save money to buy me a pair. I just love the fitting and they're very flattering on me. Even when I was 20 lbs. heavier than my weight now, still they were very flattering. Here are two of my latest addition to my Levi's jeans. I got a pair of Selvedge boyfriend skinny jeans and a pair of 535 Legging.

NEW LOUIS VUITTON

If you are a Louis Vuitton fan, Paris trip wouldn't be complete if you're not gonna get something from the flagship store in Champs Elysées. Before our trip, I planned what items to get, checked the prices and compared them to the US prices. Although, I got something that was not planned (I am an impulsive shopper at times) but everything turned out well and I'm happy.
I was originally planning to get the Marylebone PM size in Damier Ebene print but when I tried it at the store it's so tiny. They only have it in two sizes, PM and GM. The GM size is just too big for me. I almost got the PM size but while I was waiting to pay, I saw the Totally MM on display in Damier Ebene, my favorite print! So I decided to get it instead and I'm so happy! It is the perfect size for me and it has a zipper which the Marylebone don't have. I also got Eva Clutch in Damier Ebene print as well. I've been wanting to get this clutch in forever. LOL  I know it's spring time already and summer is just around the corner but I love this dark print. I would wear these purses all year round.

NEW THINGS

Finally, I posted a haul video on my youtube channel. I haven't done any hauls since December 2013. Some of the items, I got last January hahah I know, it's been a while. 

I'm so pleased with all the shoes I got. Im obsessing over ankle strap and pointy shoes lately. They're very sexy and I feel good wearing them. 

Now let's talk about beauty, I did jump on the bandwagon. I got the Naked 3 palette and the original Naked palette. At first, I didn't really like the Naked 3 because of the colors of the eyeshadows. They are mostly on the pink side but I changed my mind. Happens all the time. There's a lot of nice makeup tutorials on youtube using this palette. Everybody seems to love it. So, I decided to get it.

Also, I got the palette that I have been wanting for a long time. It's the Lorac Pro palette. Yay! Such a beautiful palette!  Check out my youtube video.

VALENTINES DAY 2014

Hope y'all had a wonderful Valentine's day! Since I got married, I always look forward to special occasions like this. I had a wonderful time celebrating it with my other half. The night before Valentine's day, he surprised me with a dozen of red roses, a heart chocolate and a card. I was not really expecting anything because he just gave me a bouquet of flowers and a card a week before Valentine's day and that was for our 4th wedding anniversary. But he did give me something and I loved it. He always makes me feel special.

So, I ended up wearing the first outfit. We went to P.F. Chang's China Bistro for lunch. The food was great and I had a really good time.

I am currently obsessing over gray skinnies and ankle strap shoes. In fact, I just bought 2 pairs of gray skinny jeans. Cray huh!? I know.  One pair I got from Levi's (Link here) and the other one from Zara (I got on sale), the one I'm wearing here.
